• Submitting a free listing request does not guarantee publication.
• We may review submitted information before publication.
• Free listings may be corrected, updated, rejected, suspended or removed in accordance with site policies and applicable law.
• A free listing does not create Owner Verified status, paid membership, advertising, sponsorship, premium benefits or delivery authorization.
• A business appearing in the directory does not necessarily mean the business owner submitted or claimed the listing.

Updates and uploaded logos or photos submitted by owners are reviewed before they appear publicly. You must have the right to submit any content you upload.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for keeping it current.

The Verified Business Membership is a paid directory membership billed annually at $24.99 per year. Membership, renewal, cancellation and expiration are described in the Membership Terms and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Featured or promoted advertising is a separate service and is not included with membership.

Sponsored, Featured, or promoted placement represents paid advertising or promotional placement. Such placement does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, certification, licensing determination, medical approval, legal approval, or government approval by GeorgiaMarijuanaDelivery.com.

Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring their advertisements, claims, products, services and business activities comply with applicable laws and regulations. Subject to applicable law, GeorgiaMarijuanaDelivery.com may reject, suspend, edit, request modification of, or discontinue advertising or sponsorship material that violates site standards, creates legal or compliance concerns, is misleading, or is otherwise inappropriate for the directory.

Subject to applicable law, GeorgiaMarijuanaDelivery.com reserves discretion to accept, reject, suspend, restrict, remove or discontinue directory listings, listing requests, business claims, memberships, advertisements, sponsorships, featured placements, submitted content, accounts, and other commercial relationships or site participation.

Reasons may include, without limitation:

• suspected fraud
• impersonation
• inability to reasonably verify information
• violation of site policies
• legal or regulatory concerns
• safety concerns
• inappropriate content
• reputational or brand-safety concerns
• nonpayment
• misuse of the website
• abuse of users or site personnel
• activity inconsistent with the purpose of the directory

Nothing in these terms permits conduct prohibited by applicable law.

If a membership, advertisement, sponsorship or featured placement is suspended or terminated because of a material policy violation, fraud, deceptive information, illegal activity, abuse, nonpayment or material breach of these terms, fees already paid may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may also issue a refund, partial refund or credit where appropriate. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

• Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent business or ownership information.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to gain access to accounts, data or areas you are not authorized to use.
• Do not use the website to arrange unlawful activity.

GeorgiaMarijuanaDelivery.com does not guarantee any particular level of website traffic, leads, customers, sales, revenue, profitability, conversions, search-engine or Google rankings, social-media exposure, impressions, placement (unless expressly agreed in writing), licensing approval, regulatory approval or business success from a listing, membership, advertisement, sponsorship or featured placement. Listings and memberships are not an endorsement of any business.
