These terms explain how the Verified Business Membership is intended to work on GeorgiaMarijuanaDelivery.com, an independent informational and business directory.
Real payments are not being accepted at this time. Paid membership is not yet available for purchase while payment processing remains disabled.
What the membership costs
The Verified Business Membership is $24.99 USD per year. It is billed annually as a single yearly charge. There is no monthly option and there are no additional membership tiers.
Automatic annual renewal
The membership is intended to renew automatically each year unless automatic renewal is cancelled before the next annual billing date. The exact renewal date is shown in the business owner dashboard once a membership is active.
How cancellation works
- A business owner may cancel future automatic renewal at any time from the business owner dashboard.
- Cancelling future renewal does not normally end the membership period that has already been paid for.
- Membership benefits continue through the end of the current paid term.
- After that term ends, the membership expires and does not renew.
What happens when membership expires
- The Basic Listing remains on the directory.
- The business account and its stored information are preserved.
- Approved business ownership is not removed.
- Owner Verified status is not removed.
- Membership-only benefits stop until a new membership is started.
Payment does not verify ownership
Paying for a membership never automatically verifies a business or its owner. Owner Verified is granted only after GeorgiaMarijuanaDelivery.com reviews and approves a business ownership claim. Ownership review and payment are separate processes and are handled separately.
Featured advertising is separate
Featured or promoted advertising placement is a separate service and is not included in the Verified Business Membership.
No guarantees
Membership does not guarantee traffic, leads, sales, customers, search rankings or any particular business result. Membership is not government approval, cannabis licensing approval, medical approval, legal approval, or an endorsement of any business.
Review of submitted information
GeorgiaMarijuanaDelivery.com may review business information, listing updates and uploaded media before they appear on the website, and may decline or remove content that appears inaccurate, misleading or inappropriate.
Payment processing
When membership payments become available, payment will be handled securely by the website's payment provider. Card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored by GeorgiaMarijuanaDelivery.com.
