Refund & Cancellation Policy

The Verified Business Membership is billed annually at $24.99 USD per year.

• Business owners may cancel future automatic renewal at any time.
• Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid membership term.
• Membership benefits remain available through that paid term.

• Cancelling does not remove the Basic Listing.
• Cancelling does not remove approved business ownership.
• Cancelling does not remove Owner Verified status.
• Cancelling does not delete the business account, listing information or uploaded media.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise in writing, fees for memberships, advertisements, sponsorships, featured placements or other paid services are generally non-refundable once the applicable service, advertising period, membership period or promotional placement has begun.

If GeorgiaMarijuanaDelivery.com rejects a new paid order before the paid service begins, the applicable payment is refunded unless another lawful arrangement has been agreed with the customer.

GeorgiaMarijuanaDelivery.com may issue refunds, partial refunds, account credits or other adjustments at its discretion where appropriate. Refund requests, billing errors, duplicate charges and other exceptional circumstances are reviewed individually on their own facts.

Cancelling a recurring service prevents future renewal charges when cancellation is completed according to the applicable cancellation terms, but does not automatically create a refund for a period already purchased or begun, except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

If a paid service is suspended or terminated because of a material policy violation, fraud, deceptive information, illegal activity, abuse, nonpayment or material breach of the Terms of Service, fees already paid may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law. We may still issue a refund, partial refund or credit where appropriate, and nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Verified Business Membership is available for $24.99 per year, billed annually. Charges, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled according to the terms described in this policy.
